Health IT – FDA MQSA

Impyrian provides trained and qualified support for issuing mammography machine certificates to MQSA facilities, which authorizes these facilities to operate. For this healthcare-related project, Impyrian provides Radiological Technologists certified with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist who are knowledgeable in interpreting and facilitating communication on all parts of the MQSA regulations and the MQSA Policy Guidance Help System (PGHS), and personnel with experience in inspection fee billing processes who worked with FDA’s Office of Financial Management (OFM). Impyrian uses and maintains IT systems on this project to produce, streamline, and distribute invoices and certificates, create corresponding letters and notices, conduct account reconciliation, and to receive, track, and reply to internal and external inquiries for the FDA. Impyrian design and developed a new MQSA system in AWS and subsequently developed this capability, re-architecting and developing new UIs for every business function, developing new APIs with other FDA applications, and enhancing reporting functions to streamline reporting, increase efficiency, and reduce manual functionality and analytics.
